Paul's leadership role requires him to communicate the strategic direction for the business, in particular the Civil Infrastructure, Buildings, Property Services and Environmental Services groups (approx. 450 FTEs) and support delivery of our targeted business plans. I also has responsibility for developing our Pacific Island businesses - particularly in Fiji.
Paul's role requires leadership and management skills that ensure the various business groups deliver commercially and technically appropriate solutions to our clients. This delivery takes place within an environment of pro-active client management, risk management and quality assurance. Paul holds Project Directorships on several high-profile projects in our portfolio. For these projects he is responsible for risk management and budget control. All of this requires that he has a wide comprehension and understanding of good practice, both in the technical sense and in the business management environment.
Paul's qualifications and memberships include: BSc (Hons) Civil and Structural Engineering (1985) MBA (2007) and Chartered Engineer (UK) (1992).

Paul has a keen interest in travel and likes to visit art galleries and installations on his adventures. He is a bit of a foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines. On weekends, you’ll find him taking the dog for walks or watching football as he’s a loyal Everton supporter.
